Where can I register for the conference?
- Please register on the MNACVPR website, www.mnacvpr.com. A Chrome browser works best.
What questions will be asked on the registration?
- Happy hour attendance, dietary restrictions
Will there be handouts of the presentations available?
- All handouts we receive from the speakers will be on the internet. When you login on the MNACVPR website you may print them off. You must be logged in to view the handouts and have paid to attend the conference.
Why is the conference not live-streamed?
- The cost to provide a good quality live-streamed option is too expensive.
How long will the On-Demand be available?
- You may access the On-Demand feature until June 30,2026.
How and when do I get my CEU’s?
- You will be able to scan the URL code during the conference. With this URL you will complete your evaluation of each presentation. To get your CEUs you must enter your email address. Your CEUs will automatically be sent to you via email. The email will be from Teresa Lee at Winona State University. If you don’t get the email immediately, please check your spam or junk emails.
What are the goals of the breakout session?
- The MNACVPR strives to create an opportunity for programs to share ideas and learn from each other. The breakout session supports the connection and collaboration of programs across the state. The goal of the breakout activity is to encourage creativity, problem-solving, and conversation on common topics that all programs may encounter. The best way to prepare to engage in the breakout is to be open to meeting peers from other programs across the state, joining the conversation and sharing ideas, and having fun.
What do I do with the Vendor Passport card at the back of the Conference booklet?
- Vendor Passport cards are reserved for our Gold and Silver Sponsors. We encourage you to visit them and have your Passport signed. Please turn in your signed Passport card at the registration table for a drawing at the end of the conference.
Why are there more cardiac speakers than pulmonary speakers?
- While we seek presentations for CR and PR, we make a concerted effort to have a balanced format of speakers. However, this year we have had a lack of interest and response from the pulmonary community. We hope that all attendees find the presentations valuable as many patients of CR and PR have co-morbidities.
Will there be a social gathering?
- Yes, on Thursday April 16th immediately following the end of conference day, we will have our Vendor Happy Hour. We look forward to socializing with all of you!
What can we expect from the environment at the Venue?
- We don’t have ultimate control over the room temperature and would encourage you to consider bringing a sweater, wrap or jacket to fit your comfort needs.

If you have food sensitivities, there will be an option to choose from gluten free/vegetarian/other on the registration form.
