Will there be handouts of the presentations available?
- All handouts we receive from the speakers will be on the internet. When you login on the MNACVPR website you may print them off.
Why is the conference not live-streamed?
- The cost to provide a good quality live-streamed option is too expensive.
How long will the On-Demand be available?
- You may access the On-Demand feature until June 30,2025.
How and when do I get my CEU’s?
- You will be able to scan the URL code during the conference. With this URL you will complete your evaluation of each presentation. To get your CEUs you must enter your email address. Your CEUs will automatically be sent to you via email. The email will be from Teresa Lee at Winona State University. If you don’t get the email immediately, please check your spam or junk emails.
What are the goals of the breakout session?
- The MNACVPR hopes programs can share and learn from each other. The breakout session supports the connection of programs across the state. We hope to encourage conversation on common topics that all programs may encounter. The best way to prepare to engage in your breakout is to be open to joining the conversation. It is an opportunity to discuss topics you are interested in hearing from others, talk about any concerns or struggles you are encountering with your programs, and share things that have been successful in your program.
Why are there more cardiac speakers then pulmonary speakers?
- While we seek presentations for CR and PR, we make a concerted effort to have a balanced format of speakers. However, this year we have had a lack of interest and response from the pulmonary community. We hope that all attendees find the presentations valuable as many patients of CR and PR have co-morbidities.
Will there be a social gathering?
- Yes, on Thursday April 3rd immediately following the end of conference day, we will have our Vendor Happy Hour. We look forward to socializing with all of you!
What can we expect from the environment at the Venue?
- We don’t have ultimate control over the room temperature and would encourage you to consider bringing a sweater, wrap or jacket to fit your comfort needs.
